A Simply Staging Community Giveaway

Helping make home feel a little more like home.

At Simply Staging, we believe a home should feel welcoming, comfortable, and full of possibility. This holiday season, we're excited to give back to the Redlands community we call home.

Through our Home for the Holidays Community Giveaway, we're inviting our community to nominate an individual or family who could use a little extra support in making their house feel more like home.

Whether you nominate yourself or someone you know, we'd love to hear how a little extra support could make a difference.

What Will the Recipient Receive?

One selected individual or family will receive a curated selection of home furnishings from Simply Staging's existing staging inventory, along with delivery, installation, and basic styling—all at no cost to the recipient.

Our team will thoughtfully select furnishings based on the recipient's needs and the inventory available. The specific items, quantity, and areas furnished will depend on what is available and suitable for the home.

Please note: Mattresses are not included in this giveaway. Bedding and other furnishings are subject to availability and the final package selected by Simply Staging.

The giveaway does not guarantee that an entire home will be furnished or that any specific furniture item will be provided.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Individuals or families in need who reside in Redlands, California, may be nominated. You may nominate yourself or someone you know.

If you're nominating another person, please obtain their permission before sharing their personal information with us.

How It Works

1. Submit a nomination. Complete our online nomination form and tell us a little about the individual or family and how home furnishings could help.

2. Our team reviews the nominations. The Simply Staging team will review eligible nominations based on demonstrated need, potential impact, the suitability of available furnishings, and the feasibility of delivery and installation.

3. We contact the selected recipient. We'll reach out privately to confirm the recipient's needs, discuss available furnishings, and coordinate next steps.

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.

The selected recipient will be contacted privately by approximately 11/30/26.

A Thoughtful and Respectful Process

We understand that every family's circumstances are personal. Please share only information you're comfortable providing and avoid including sensitive personal details or documents.

Nominations will be reviewed privately. A recipient's name, personal story, photographs, or videos will not be shared publicly without appropriate permission. Participation in promotional photos or content is completely voluntary and will not affect the selection decision.

Official Rules

Home for the Holidays: A Simply Staging Community Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Home for the Holidays Community Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Simply Staging (“Sponsor”), located in Redlands, California.

2. Eligibility

The intended recipient must be an individual or family in need residing in Redlands, California, who meets the eligibility requirements established by Sponsor. The person submitting a nomination must be at least 18 years old. Sponsor may verify eligibility before selecting a recipient.

Nominations may be submitted for oneself or another person. Anyone nominating another person must have permission to share that person's information.

Employees of Simply Staging and members of their immediate households are not eligible to receive the Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period and Nominations

Nominations open on 11/3/26 and close on 11/21/26 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

To submit a nomination, complete the official online nomination form at https://simplystaging.com/pages/home-for-the-holidays-nomination-form during the Giveaway Period. Incomplete, inaccurate, or late nominations may not be considered.

No purchase is necessary to submit a nomination. A nomination does not guarantee selection.

4. Recipient Selection

Sponsor will review eligible nominations and select 1 recipient based on demonstrated need, potential impact, suitability of available furnishings, and the practical feasibility of delivery and installation.

This is a team-reviewed selection process, not a random drawing. Sponsor's selection decisions will be final, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor may contact nominees or nominators for additional information. If a selected recipient cannot be reached, declines the Giveaway, is ineligible, or cannot accommodate delivery and installation, Sponsor may select an alternate recipient.

5. Giveaway Package and Limitations

The selected recipient will receive a curated selection of pre-owned furnishings from Sponsor's existing home staging inventory that has been designated for rehoming. The package includes delivery, installation, and basic styling, subject to confirmation of suitability and scheduling.

Mattresses are expressly excluded from the Giveaway. No mattress will be provided as part of the package. The specific furnishings, quantity, style, condition, and areas furnished will be determined by Sponsor based on available inventory and the recipient's needs.

The Giveaway does not guarantee that an entire home will be furnished or that any particular item will be included. The approximate package value is $2,000.

The package is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be exchanged for other items at the recipient's request. Additional furnishings, services, moving, repairs, or other work not expressly included in the confirmed package are excluded.

6. Delivery and Installation

The recipient must be located within Sponsor's designated Redlands service area and be available to coordinate a mutually agreed-upon delivery and installation date within 12/1/26 - 12/20/26.

The home must be reasonably accessible and suitable for the furnishings and installation. Sponsor may assess access, space, and safety considerations before confirming the package. Sponsor may decline delivery or installation if conditions make the work impractical or unsafe.

7. Recipient Notification

The selected recipient will be contacted privately by approximately 11/30/26 using the contact information provided. The recipient must respond within 5 days and complete any required eligibility confirmation. If the recipient does not respond or cannot meet the requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate recipient.

8. Privacy and Publicity

Information submitted through the nomination form will be used to administer the Giveaway, evaluate nominations, verify eligibility, contact participants, and coordinate the package.

Sponsor will not publicly identify a nominee or recipient or share their personal story, photographs, or videos without appropriate permission. Any publicity participation will be voluntary and separate from the selection process. Declining publicity participation will not affect eligibility or selection.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify nominations that are fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway when necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or other legitimate operational or legal reasons, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine the final package based on its existing inventory and the suitability of the furnishings for the selected recipient.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By participating through either platform, participants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility for this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, subject to applicable law.
