Do you stage both vacant and occupied homes?

Yes! We offer solutions for both vacant and occupied homes. For occupied homes, we may refresh or rearrange existing furniture and décor. For vacant homes, we bring in furniture, artwork, and accessories to create a welcoming, buyer-ready environment.

How far in advance should I schedule staging?

We recommend scheduling as soon as possible in order to secure your desired date. We typically schedule about 1–2 weeks out. However, we can occasionally schedule something sooner if our availability allows.

How long does the staging installation take?

Staging installations are typically done in one day; usually about 3-5 hours to be completed. For larger homes, it may require us to be there for 2 days.

How much does staging cost?

Pricing depends on factors like home size, type of staging, and amount of spaces staged. Contact us for a detailed estimate.

How long will the furniture stay in the home?

Our standard contract length is 60 days, but we also offer extended rental options. We coordinate closely with you to ensure the staging fits your listing timeline.

What areas do you serve?

We are located in Redlands, CA. We service San Bernardino County, Orange County, Riverside County, and some parts of San Diego County & Los Angeles County.

What happens if my home sells before the staging period ends?

We coordinate with you to remove staging items before the home closes.

Does your team handling moving or removing existing furniture items in the home?

No, our team is not permitted to move or remove any existing items in the home. We recommend hiring a professional moving team for these items.

How do you decide which style to use for my home?

We evaluate your home’s architecture, lighting, and target buyer demographic. We focus on neutral, welcoming styles that appeal to a wide audience, often using creams, earth tones, and contemporary accents

Can I request specific furniture or décor be used?

We welcome client input and can often incorporate personal touches while maintaining a buyer-friendly aesthetic. However, ultimately the staging plan and selection of items is determine by our staging team.
