Our Story

Simply Staging began in 2009 when Sara and her husband started staging their own flipped homes, using furniture to help buyers envision life in each space. What began in a garage has grown into a 10,000+ square-foot warehouse filled with curated furnishings and décor.

Today, we partner with homeowners, realtors, and investors to highlight each property’s best features—creating welcoming, market-ready spaces that sell, impress, and inspire.
